Membership FAQ
Who can apply?
Adults aged 21 and over. Couple memberships name two approved adults; either may visit alone. An individual may apply and is subject to approval. Memberships cannot be shared or transferred. Changes to a named partner need Desnudo’s approval.
What are my choices?
Pay As You Go covers ordinary resort day visits. Silver includes ordinary resort day visits while active. Desnawty Membership includes those visits plus ordinary Desnawty Club nights. The current prices and exact benefits appear in the choice boxes.
Can I attend Desnawty Club as a Pay As You Go guest?
No. Club nights are for active Desnawty members and separately approved occasional visitors with a booking for the specified event.
I live far away and visit only occasionally.
Apply for occasional visitor approval at least 14 days before the intended visit. Approval covers the visit requested, subject to management review. An event booking and its stated charge are separate. Resort day visits remain Pay As You Go.
Do members need to book day visits?
No. Present your digital membership card when you arrive. Club-event booking or capacity rules, once finalised, will be shown with each event.
When does a new membership begin?
After approval, completion of the debit mandate and the first successful payment on the 1st of the next month. Approval or a card preview alone is not active membership.
What happens if a payment fails?
Contact reception and settle the amount by EFT within seven calendar days, using your assigned reference. Confirm that the next debit mandate remains valid. Access is suspended if the payment issue remains unresolved after that period.
How do I cancel?
Email Reception@desnudo.co.za. Please send notice at least ten calendar days before the next scheduled debit so we can stop the collection. We will acknowledge your notice and give you the final access date. Final wording of late notice and the 30-day calculation must follow B1 and B2 before publication.
Are food, drinks, accommodation and private events included?
No. They are charged separately. Ordinary Desnawty club nights are included for active Desnawty members. Invitation-only private events can have a separately announced price and require an invitation.
Why is a photo requested?
Staff use each named guest’s recognition photo to help verify a digital card at the gate. It is not a public profile photograph. Please read the privacy notice.
Can Desnudo refuse or end access?
Applications are reviewed by management. Guests must follow the conduct policy. Desnudo may suspend or end access for a serious breach, with a proportionate process and any refund handled under the terms and applicable law.
