General Terms and Conditions
 

Adults 21+ Desnudo is an adults-only resort. All visitors and members must be aged 21 or older and comply with resort rules.

 

Access and membership
Pay As You Go covers resort day visits only and does not provide Desnawty Club access.

Silver Membership includes unlimited ordinary resort day visits.

Desnawty Membership includes those visits and all Desnawty Club nights.

 

Paid membership requires management approval and successful payment. A couple membership covers two named adults, either of whom may visit alone. Individual memberships are subject to approval. Memberships and cards cannot be shared or transferred. Partner changes require prior approval.

 

Payments and activation
Monthly debit orders are scheduled for the 1st. The first debit is scheduled for the 1st of the month following approval and completion of the payment mandate. Benefits begin only after successful payment is confirmed. An unsuccessful debit must be settled by EFT within seven calendar days, with reception notified and the next debit mandate confirmed. Unresolved payments result in suspended access. Disclosed provider failure costs may apply.

 

Additional charges and private events
Food, drinks, accommodation, massages and separately priced activities are excluded unless expressly included in an offer. Accommodation alone does not provide club access. Personalised private events may require an invitation and carry an additional charge. Their conditions and charges will be announced three months in advance.

 

Occasional visitors
Infrequent visitors may apply at least 14 days in advance for Desnawty event access without a monthly subscription. Approval covers the requested visit only and is separate from event booking and payment.

 

Cancellation and rejoining
Email Reception@desnudo.co.za to cancel a monthly membership. Give at least ten calendar days’ notice before the next debit to allow processing. Reception will confirm the final debit and access dates. Access ends 30 calendar days after the last successful debit. Rejoining requires approval, and management may defer a renewed subscription for up to six months. Pay As You Go has no recurring debit or monthly cancellation notice; its booking cancellation conditions are shown before payment.

 

Price changes
Monthly prices may be reviewed for the summer season beginning 1 September, with at least three months’ notice to members.

 

Conduct and privacy
Respect consent, privacy and staff instructions. No harassment, unwanted touching, public sexual activity, or photography of others without explicit permission. Use towels on shared seating. No outside alcohol at the pool. Serious or repeated breaches may result in removal, suspension or termination. Refunds are assessed according to the circumstances and applicable law. Personal information is handled under Desnudo’s privacy notice.
