Cancellation Policy
Dark Desires – Policy & Guest Agreement Dark Desires is a private, couples-only experience designed for intimacy, privacy, and uninterrupted connection. To ensure smooth operation and protect the quality of the experience, the following policies apply: 1. Couples Only This service is exclusively available to couples. No single guests or additional visitors are permitted. 2. Customisable Package Guests may add or remove components of the experience based on preference. All changes must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability. 3. Age Requirement All guests must be 21 years or older, in line with the standard resort policy. 4. Booking, Payment & Cancellation A booking is confirmed once payment is received. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled date are non-refundable. Changes requested outside the 7-day window may be rescheduled depending on availability. 5. Check-In & Check-Out Check-in is at 14:00, and check-out is at 10:00. These times are strict to ensure room preparation, privacy, and smooth transitions between guests. 6. Liability Disclaimer Dark Desires provides a curated environment for relaxation and intimacy. Desnudo is not responsible for any injuries, incidents, or outcomes related to private activities or personal choices made by guests during their stay. All participation is voluntary and at the guest’s discretion. 7. Privacy & Staff Access Once the experience begins, staff will not enter the room unless specifically requested or required for safety. Any add-ons or service adjustments should be arranged prior to arrival to protect guest privacy. 8. Add-Ons & Enhancements Optional upgrades (such as sensory items, food additions, or romantic extras) can be added in advance and are subject to availability.
